Tabaquero. Curandero.
Korim Piko is a trained and authorized curandero and tabaquero who offers healing services and information based on his extensive training in three Amazonian healing lineages. Through this training, Korim Piko has received spiritual authorization to carry out true healing work, and therefore has earned the title of Curandero, or Healer.

Korim Piko’s primary medicine is Tobacco, as he has completed a rigorous training with an Amazonian master tabaquero during which he received the necessary permissions and transmissions to attain the title of Tabaquero. A tabaquero is a tobacco healer: one who has mastered the tobacco plant’s medicine. Tobacco, although misunderstood and grossly misused in modern culture, is the original sacred American plant and sits atop the hierarchy of medicinal plants. One who has mastered tobacco can access and call upon the healing capacities of any plant, and can therefore offer them safely and in a healing way to individuals who come to them seeking help.

Korim Piko’s mission is to transmit the healing power of Nature to those who come seeking it and to educate and spread knowledge about that power as it has been harnessed within Amazonian lineages.
